  Very poor service. We are needing to take to small clam court, as they will take no responsibility for selling faulty products, they even expected me to deal with the manufacture

  I had to bring my one month old laptop to the store because it kept shutting down by itself at random. The guy who took it first said to me it would be done the same day but never rang me. End of the day I went there by myself to learn that he was "away" for some other work, and that I will have to come back the next day... Someone else was on it.
  When I go back, the guys are "away", and my laptop has been completely reset so I have lost everything.
  I am not happy because I was not given proper information about the delay, and the repair itself. Plus, there is nobody to give me any explanations. Disappointing.

  Have had very mixed reviews of this particular Noel lemmings. Sometimes there staff are great and know what they're talking about and super friendly and other times their rude and are just reading of the box and aren't telling you anything u can't read for yourself
