  Huge store, lots of potential, poorly trained staff, antiquated IT stock control systems (or poorly trained staff)... Planned quick visit turned into very long visit, no one knew where product was located in store, computer systems offered little assistance... Employees were pleasant and tried to help, but they did not have the required skills or in-store systems to support their efforts.

  Mediocre service, staff that have no clue where things are in the store, flyers that advertise products that are not even in the store. Just go to Mitre 10, save the hassle.
